My life revolves around my art. I breathe the oxygen of the world through my eyes and my inks and paints are my carbon dioxide. I am admired by many, but to myself, I will always and forever be a student. I work all the time to improve, to learn, and to continue to develop my own style.
I hope to find support, inspiration, and lessons in this artist community.
My favorite artist is the one I know the most about, Vincent Van Gough. He was considered a terrible artist, and sold not a single painting in his entire life. But he never quit. His art was his life, and he forgot what others said to him in all their discouragement. Even his own family pushed him to quit and find a more sensible lifestyle that wouldn't shame them, but he always stayed true to his heart and his soul and what he felt inside him. he pressed on, knowing that it was not an option. He HAD to paint.
I will always strive to have the passion and dedication he proved in his life.
